Real estate developer “Galio Group” launches collaboration with “Civinity” to maintain, manage and administrate “Galio Group” headquarters

“Civinity”, an international commercial and other non-residential building maintenance company, has announced the start of a collaboration with real estate development company “Galio Group”. The first property to be supervised is the recently opened modern business building “Kintų 11” in Vilnius.
“Civinity” engineers and technicians will service the heating, plumbing, sewage and drainage, electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning, fire-fighting and other systems in the “Kintų 11” business house, which will open in early March 2023.
The company will also be responsible for the technical condition of the lifts and building structures, as well as for locating faults, breakage mending and repair works. The business centre in the Šnipiškės district of Vilnius will be managed by an intelligent building management system (BMS).
