We are a proactive customer-oriented team of professionals pursuing the maximum benefit and effectiveness for our clients by providing services of maintenance of residential, commercial and public buildings and implementing engineering solutions.
We work every day to meet the needs of each client and to find the best building maintenance and engineering solutions that would allow all the people using our maintained buildings to enjoy their normal life.
Our story
We have been engaged in the construction, management and maintenance of real estate objects since 1991. Our knowledge and many years of experience, as well as the use of state-of-the-art technologies, allow us ensuring maximum satisfaction of our clients and retention or even an increase in the value of their real estate.
The history of Civinity Group started with multi-apartment building administration companies in Lithuania. Since then, more than 20 companies have joined the group, and Civinity has grown by an average of about 300 times per year. This way, driven by a common goal to provide our clients with all real estate-related services, we have become one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics.
Today we bring together companies providing a full range of building maintenance and engineering solutions services. Every day we maintain 10 million square meters of commercial and public buildings, we design and implement engineering systems for the largest real estate projects in the Baltic States and abroad.
