Real estate development company Eika has entrusted the maintenance of the new 20-storey business centre Flow to Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltic States. The total area of the business centre under maintenance is 20 000 square metres.
Civinity will provide comprehensive maintenance services for commercial buildings, including maintenance of engineering systems such as plumbing, electrical, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and cooling, and fire. It will also provide maintenance of the building structures and the building management system (BMS).
Flow Business Centre is certified under the international BREEAM system and is aiming for a New Construction Outstanding rating. During construction, the building was equipped with ventilation, humidification, efficient heating and lighting systems, some of which meet the international WELL sustainability standard. Civinity engineering, a Civinity Group company, was also responsible for the partial installation of the building’s engineering systems. The business centre is scheduled to open its doors to tenants at the beginning of November this year.

The services will be provided by Inservis, a Civinity Group company with 19 years of experience in providing administration and maintenance services for commercial buildings throughout Lithuania. “Inservis joined the group following the acquisition of Invalda INVL from asset management group Invalda INVL, which was completed in 2022.
