Dovilė Grigienė joins Civinity’s Board

Dovilė Grigienė, a former long-term manager of Swedbank in Lithuania, has joined the board of Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics, as a new independent member.

Dovilė Grigienė has held senior management positions in the financial sector for more than 20 years, including more than 7 years as the CEO of Swedbank in Lithuania, and as an independent member of the Board of Telia. Grigienė has more than 10 years of board experience in banking, asset management, insurance, telecommunications and non-profit organisations.

Currently, she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Revolut Bank and a founder of Ex and Ex consulting company.

According to Deividas Jacka, shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Civinity, Grigienė’s joining the Board is an important step for the group for several reasons:

“One of the cornerstones of our success is rapid growth, both organically and through acquisitions. We aim for sustainable and responsible growth, thus safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders, including investors. Ms Grigienė’s expertise and professional experience will make a significant contribution to this goal. In addition, we have an exemplary gender ratio in the Group and I am delighted to see that we are also improving this ratio at Board level with the addition of Ms Grigiena,” comments Mr. Jacka.

The Civinity Board will continue to be composed of Deividas Jacka as Chairman, Diana Dominienė, Vilius Kucinas, Šarūnas Stanislovėnas and Dovilė Grigienė.
