Raimonda Kižienė, who previously headed the group, has been appointed as a new independent board member to the board of SPV31, a company controlled by Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics.
R. Kižienė has spent most of her career in various strategic management positions in large Lithuanian and foreign companies, for more than ten years she worked for Vilnius Trade Group, and for the last three years she has been the head of SBA Home, a company of the SBA Group. Kižienė was also the CEO of Civinity Group in 2020.

From now on, the Board of SPV31 will continue to be composed of Giedrė Saveikienė, Domas Dargis, Rokas Drąsutavičius, Titas Kecorius and Raimonda Kižienė.
